The cuisine is a natural extension of the feeling of forest and lake, expressed through a carefully selected range of Bulgarian flavours and regional specialties.
The menu is built around products with character: wild mushrooms, game meat, fish, fresh salads, and high-quality traditional Bulgarian products.
Alongside grilled dishes and more recognisable favourites, the selection also includes dishes with a distinctive signature — from recipes with venison and wild boar to distinctive desserts, such as sheep’s yogurt with forest berry preserve, honey, and walnuts.
During the summer, the experience is complemented by fresh fish from the pond, selected by the guest and prepared on the spot.
